由MegaBox 及Mega Ice主辦 ---- 嘉里建設呈獻、全亞洲最大型的冰球賽 -「2017 Mega Ice五人冰球賽」青少年組別昨日(4月29日)上演決賽日，在全港唯一符合規格舉辦國際冰球比賽的場地Mega Ice舉行，青少年組賽事由「香港業餘冰球會」冠名贊助。

今屆的Bantam A 及 Bantam B 決賽透過東網體育頻道(on.cc)及 「Mega Ice五人冰球賽」YouTube 頻道作網上直播。

昨日早上率先上演三場Atom組決賽, The All Stars、Beijing Magic和Beijing Little Wolf Cyclone分別勇奪Atom C組、B組及A組錦標。

Beijing Galaxy Whalers在Mini Squirt A決賽較Beijing Little Wolves棋高一著，以5-2勝出一嚐冠軍嗞味。 Beijing Little Wolf Wind在 Mini Squirt B決賽脫穎而出, 以3-2粉碎Canstar Rangers的冠軍夢。

之後的Squirt A 決賽, 由Hong Kong Selects Blue 以5-1大勝Shanghai Warriors高舉冠軍獎盃。International North Stars面對Hong Kong Selects White表現較優異, 最終以4-0取得 Squirt B 桂冠。

Hong Kong Selects Blue在Bantam A大部份時間掌控比賽, 澳洲「過江龍」Buccaneers只能偶爾作出零星反擊, 最後前者以 2-0 收納冠軍獎座。 Baird Dbees未能阻止Hong Kong Ice Hockey Association Z的3-1勝果, 將Bantam B錦標拱手相讓。

在 Pee Wee A 決賽, International North Stars A小勝Hong Kong Selects Blue 3-2勇奪冠軍。Singapore Ice Dragons與 Hong Kong Selects White 在Pee Wee B 決賽狹路相逢 最後由Singapore Ice Dragons險勝2-1。

賽事自2012年以來一直被確認為「香港品牌」活動之一，繼續肯定賽事的亞洲領導地位和認受性。

這亞洲龍頭級賽事今年吸引了世界各地14個國家或城市90支球隊競逐青少年組和成年組錦標。
