Rosters confirmed ahead of tip-off at FIBA Asia Cup 2025

JEDDAH (Saudi Arabia) – The stage is set for the FIBA Asia Cup 2025 as all 16 teams confirm their rosters ahead of tip-off. The competition is ready to showcase the best of Asian basketball with powerhouse nations, rising contenders and debuting sides all chasing glory.
Running from August 5 to 17, the FIBA Asia Cup stands as the premier basketball tournament for national teams from across Asia and Oceania. Staged every four years by FIBA’s Regional Office in Asia, it brings the entire region together on one court.
The champions crowned this year will hold the title of FIBA Asia Cup 2025 winners until the next edition in 2029. With the trophy contested only once every four years, it remains the most sought-after prize in Asian basketball.

Group A: Qatar, Australia, Korea, Lebanon
Group B: Guam, Japan, Syria, Iran
Group C: China, Jordan, India, Saudi Arabia
Group D: Chinese Taipei, New Zealand, Iraq, Philippines
Each team will play the other teams in their group in a single round-robin format. Every group winner will gain direct access to the Quarter-Finals, while the second-place and third-place teams of each group will play in the Qualification to the Quarter-Finals, which take place on August 11-12.
A knockout-system will be used after the Group Phase, with the losing teams playing in a classification game.
The Quarter-Finals will be played on August 13-14, with the Semi-Finals played on August 16. The FIBA Asia Cup 2025 Final and 3rd Place Game will be played on August 17.
