香港女籃代表李祉均今年3月成為首位Red Bull贊助的香港籃球運動員後，隨即在5月啟程展開追逐WCBA（中國女子籃球聯賽）職業夢。在訓練量比香港高出兩至三倍的試訓生活下，李祉均克服思鄉的情緒，在防守技術以及三分球命中率方面均有所提升，期望9月全運會後能獲球隊青睞，取得一紙職業合約。不過李祉均今天的籃球夢非一日而成，她籃球的天賦早於年輕時已建立，Until 18紀錄片以有趣的方式讓她以及多位在李祉均生命擔當了重要位置的人物包括恩師任明敏老師、中學時的隊友黃文詩、以及兒時好友倪嘉儀分享她跟籃球的不解之緣，在這裡觀看全片︰https://www.redbull.com/....../litszkwan-basketball-until18 李祉均自小已經是好動之人，在校內參與不同類型的運動，不過真正踏上籃球之路卻是因為成長時的際遇俱使她在籃球方面的天賦被發掘，其中在協恩執教的任明敏老師擔任了重要的角色，在影片中她亦分享了與李祉均初次在球場見面的第一印象，當時小五的她已經什有籃球員的味道。除了任老師的教導外，隊友黃文詩以及好友倪嘉儀亦在精神上支持著李祉均，助她克服艱辛的訓練並兼顧學業，至到2019年在Red Bull Reign 3人籃球賽的世界總決賽中得到亞軍的亦給予她一支強心針，李祉均終決定北上追逐WCBA職業夢，她們亦為向她送上大量的鼓勵及支持，讓李祉均勇於踏出舒適圈投入內地的試訓生活，趁著年輕「All In」一次。 李祉均的追夢之旅在5月開始，在過去兩個月分別在兩家中國女子籃球聯賽球會東莞新彤盛、武漢盛帆旗下試訓。前者是2018/19聯賽總冠軍，後者則成立於2018年，是湖北省第一支女子職業籃球隊。她指出香港女子甲組聯賽球隊的訓練量是每周兩至三課，而內地的職業隊則是每星期五天、一天兩課，所以比較起來多出兩至三倍。 此外，更會有針對技術上的訓練，好像三分球、步法等等。她說：「在香港球員都要自己抽時間練射波，而內地球隊在訓練上會有三分球的練習時段，而且更要在限定時間內出手及射多少球，令我感到有點壓力。教練更會針對我射波出手的動作、時間給予意見，叫我盡量接波後立即射、不要跳。」除卻抵埗後隔離的時間，這差不多一個月的試訓生活，李祉均覺得自己的三分球命中率及防守技術均有所提升。 談及內地試訓的苦與樂，她指出最辛苦不是訓練量，反而是在陌生環境下生活，沒有人認識你，身邊的人不了解你，認為你只是一位過客。她說：「有時一個人靜下來的時候會感到寂寞，掛念香港的家人、朋友、美食，特別是家裏的床舖，因為這裏的床很硬，武漢的食物又多是辣的。」有苦便會有樂，對於職業球員的生活，李祉均最享受的是每天有午睡的時間，同時訓練後可以做治療、做針灸，令身體保持最佳狀態。與隊友相處令她感到最有趣的事情就是每天完成訓練後，隊友都會說「下班了」。她笑說：「在香港我們練完波都是討論去那裏吃飯，當聽到隊友對自己說下班了，自己突然驚覺，喺喎！這是一份工作！在香港我們不會把練波當成工作。這裏的球員一到達訓練場館便會自動自覺地做好訓練的準備工作，例如Tape手、腳，非常專業。」 由於全運會將於9月舉行，內地隊伍都在專注備戰全運，無暇部署及計劃之後的聯賽。李祉均指出是否可以獲得一紙合約是未知之數。她指出，過往香港從未有女子球員北上參加內地聯賽，球會也不太認識香港球員。此外，只有聯賽的後8名球隊才可以聘用港、澳、台球員，每隊名額只有1人，所以，一般隊伍都會首選台灣球員。」姑勿論全運會後能否落班，李祉均決定會繼續在內地跟操，並且希望多到幾個地方試訓，所以暫時不會返港，亦無緣出席8月舉行的Red Bull Half Court 三人籃球賽。她指出3人籃球是今屆奧運的新增項目，自己屆時一定在電視機前收看。雖然未能返港參賽，李祉均亦鼓勵熱愛籃球的朋友參加這項賽事，讓街頭籃球熱潮在奧運會後延續。為此，她亦設計了她夢想的街場，以響應Red Bull Half Court「Own Your Court」活動。她表示：「我夢想中的球場會在戶外，用紅色、橙色、紫色和白色等對比鮮明的大顏色來展現比賽的活力。最好有一些霓虹燈裝飾，讓它在夜間有不同的氛圍。場上更會畫上一些鼓舞人心的名言。全世界我最喜愛的球場之一是九龍灣的啟業邨籃球場，它有不少令人共鳴的勵志名言在場上。」 「Red Bull Half Court三人籃球賽」定於8月14、21及28日舉行初賽，決賽則定於9月4日舉行，今年男、女子組冠軍隊將各得港幣20,000元獎金。除了參加比賽，今年賽事更將街頭籃球與本地藝術結合，邀請本地藝術團體Parent’s Parents聯乘Red Bull Half Court「Own Your Court」活動，讓公眾以投票方式選出心水籃球場設計，得票最多的設計將會呈現在街頭籃球場上，而有份選出最終設計的人士亦有機會將個人掌印成為整體設計的一部分﹐真正的「Own Your Court」！ 李祉均個人檔案 出生日期：1995年4月27日 身高：1米70 體重： 57公斤 位置：得分後衛 小學：聖公會奉基小學 中學：協恩中學 大學：香港理工大學 曾獲獎項/榮譽: 2014年Nike League冠軍、得分王、三分王、助攻王和最有價值球員 2014, 2018亞運港隊代表 2016女子甲組聯賽得分王 2018, 2019大專盃冠軍、最有價值球員 2019 Red Bull Reign全球總決賽亞軍、香港區冠軍 2019女子甲組聯賽得分王、三分王 曾效力球會: 2011年至今 偉邦 女子甲組 資料及相片來源 : N Square / Red Bull HK

ROKiT Venturi Racing looks ahead to the return of the London E-Prix THE CIRCUIT ExCeL London Length // 2.252-kilometres Corners // 22 TIME TO EXCEL As Season 7 of the FIA Formula E World Championship edges ever closer to its conclusion, this weekend the series heads to London to contest Rounds 12 and 13. As the penultimate race weekend of the season, the 2021 London E-Prix marks the third to date and the first since 2016 as the UK capital makes a welcome return to the calendar. By swapping the former host venue of Battersea Park for the ExCeL, the arena becomes Formula E’s newest track and the 2.252-kilometre long venue boasts a handful of firsts for the championship making it one of the most unique racing circuits in the world. The undulating high-speed challenge is far from a typical street circuit, however, and in a first for motorsport, we will race both indoors and outdoors on the same track. Alongside using the ExCeL’s access roads, the track will take drivers into the interior of the ExCeL itself which will be the site of the start/finish straight for the coming weekend. Featuring 22 corners, the circuit is not only the most complex on the Season 7 calendar but also the most technical in the history of Formula E, with no other track featuring this number of turns. As the championship fight goes down to the wire this weekend, all eyes will be on the Royal Docks area of the city and expectations are high as we race on the highly anticipated ExCeL London circuit for the first time. Red Bull Half Court 3人籃球賽今個夏日強勢回歸 招募籃球好手 爭奪冠軍殊榮兼高達2萬港元獎金 另與本地藝術團體Parent’s Parents聯乘「Own Your Court」活動 籃球場設計由公眾投選 打造下一個籃球熱點！ 今個夏日﹐體壇再增添另一個令人期待的活動﹐「Red Bull Half Court三人籃球賽」終於回歸並定於8月14、21及28日舉行初賽，決賽則定於9月4日舉行。3人籃球可說是近年在本地冒起的運動之一﹐除了節奏明快帶動觀賞性外﹐今年更是奧運新增項目之一﹐賽事定在8月中旬讓大家可以延續奧運後的運動競技氣氛！Red Bull為大力推動本地籃球界的發展﹐讓本地球員有更大的推動力發展專項﹐因此今年男、女子組冠軍隊將各得港幣20,000元獎金﹐鼓勵他們勇於追籃球夢。除了參加比賽，今年賽事更將街頭籃球與本地藝術結合，邀請本地藝術團體Parent’s Parents聯乘Red Bull Half Court「Own Your Court」活動，讓公眾以投票方式選出心水籃球場設計，得票最多的設計將會呈現在街頭籃球場上，而有份選出最終設計的人士亦有機會將個人掌印成為整體設計的一部分﹐真正的「Own Your Court」！ 立即參加「Own Your Court」活動︰ redbull.hk/ownyourcourt。 想了解更多「Red Bull Half Court三人籃球賽」報名詳情︰https://www.redbull.com/hk-zh/events/red-bull-half-court 「Red Bull Half Court三人籃球賽2021」將會繼續在多個基滙資本民坊旗下別具特色的屋邨球場舉行，體現街頭籃球精神，地點包括：愛定商場天台籃球場、屯門兆禧運動場、九龍灣啟業邨籃球場以及將軍澳明德體育場。賽事報名將於8月1日截止。為了讓更多人投入街頭籃球的熱潮，Red Bull邀請了大家參加Red Bull Half Court 「Own Your Court」挑戰，選出一個能夠令人驚嘆、鼓舞街頭籃球運動的社區球場設計。勝出的設計將被採用於「Red Bull Half Court三人籃球賽2021」的比賽球場上。投選心水籃球場設計的參加者更有機會將你的掌印融入設計中。參加辦法十分簡單，在8月11日前為你的心水籃球場設計投票，並撰寫有關街頭籃球對你的啟發，透過你的社交網絡平台來推廣這個設計，請你的朋友都為這個設計投票。評審團將按創意、原創性和故事嘅趣味性，在獲得最多票數的設計中選出3位投票人士。得獎者將會獲得Red Bull Half Court香港總決賽體驗、賽事特別版籃球以及SOUL S-FIT耳機。 Red Bull運動員、2019 Red Bull Reign 3人籃球賽世界亞軍隊成員李祉均亦設計了她夢想的球場。她表示：「我夢想中的球場會在戶外，用紅色、橙色、紫色和白色等對比鮮明的大顏色來展現比賽的活力。最好有一些霓虹燈裝飾，讓它在夜間有不同的氛圍。場上更會畫上一些鼓舞人心的名言。全世界我最喜愛的球場之一是九龍灣的啟業邨籃球場，它有不少令人共鳴的勵志名言在場上。 Red Bull Half Court 3人籃球賽以FIBA的賽例為基礎建立出一套獨有規例，考驗球隊耐力、意志力、技巧和團隊合作。每場賽事最高21分，法定賽事時間為10分鐘。假如在法定時間結束後雙方打成平手，在加時賽段首先取得2分的球隊將會獲得勝利。此外，為了讓球隊更積極進攻、得分，賽事晉級資格以Own the Court積分計算，球隊獲勝可得5分，另外在小組各場比賽得分合計最高分的球隊，可以額外獲得6分的Own the Court獎勵積分。每組獲得最高積分的首2名球隊可以晉級下一圈賽事。如果小組賽完結後，3支球隊獲得相同數量的勝負以及相同的總得分，則以射罰球「突然死亡」的形式來決定晉級球隊。 資料及相片來源 : N Square / Red Bull HK
