足球員梁冠聰、短跑好手梁筠宜拜師學藝 與世界跳繩冠軍何柱霆一起參與RED BULL SKIP TO FIT 環遊香港大「跳」戰 跳繩是一項老少咸宜的運動，對於專業運動員來說更可作為輔助運動，有助本身的專項訓練。香港短跑新星梁筠宜及香港足球代表隊成員梁冠聰，最近便找來兩屆世界跳繩錦標賽冠軍何柱霆Timothy拜師學藝、學習跳繩技巧，並且參與RED BULL舉行SKIP TO FIT 環遊香港大「跳」戰活動，與大家一起感受跳繩的魅力及好處。 即將在9月轉為全職運動員並且準備全運會的香港田徑代表梁筠宜，在小學四年級體育堂便接觸過跳繩運動。這天跟著何柱霆一起練習跳繩，更與他進行了邊跑邊跳繩的大挑戰。她認為，跳繩對於跑步訓練很有幫助，跑步講求爆炸力，跳繩可訓練小腿爆炸力，所以，考慮之後和教練商量在訓練中加入跳繩環節。她說：「今日與Timothy一起練習，發現跳繩有很多學問，自己有機會都想多加接觸。同時，亦勾起了自己的童年回憶，小學時候在小息玩跳大繩，成班人一齊入繩，很掛念那種熱血的時光。」 梁筠宜與Timothy除了練跳繩，還進行了邊跑邊跳繩的大挑戰。她表示：「今次挑戰一開始有點驚，未試過一邊跑一邊跳。但是剛剛熱身時發現可以運用跑步元素，重心傾向前就可以。」相比起梁筠宜選擇一邊跳繩一邊跑步，香港足球代表隊成員梁冠聰的挑戰是邊跳繩邊剔波，他說整件事沒有想像中容易。阿聰解釋說：「我是左腳踢球為主，跳繩加控球時便要左腳護波，右腳要跳繩，還要用手揮繩，幾件事情一起協調不是容易，最重要是掌握各項動作的時機。跳繩和足球一樣重視細節，處理好細節就可以成功。」 梁冠聰直言，跳繩訓練對於足球員絕對有幫助：「第一是提升彈跳力，第二是練習反應。以足球員為例，有時候比賽中遇到皮球一彈地轉了方向，又或者對手改變移動方向，要追趕他們時需要反應快。跳繩訓練著重踏步節奏及協調性，還有心態要專注，憑藉跳繩練習適應不同頻率，對於足球實戰都有幫助。」 過去一年多，香港甚至全世界至今仍未復原，各地運動員要訓練都不如以往容易。不少運動員可能有一段時間要長留在家訓練，梁冠聰說利用跳繩在家中訓練都是好方法：「跳繩需要的裝備同空間好少，可能4至6個階磚位，再加上一條繩就可以，而且可以鍛鍊到心肺、爆發力、肌肉力量等，加上動作變化多端，是好玩又有挑戰性的項目，大家不妨一試。」 跳繩是一項有益身心的運動，簡單跳10分鐘已等於慢跑1小時的熱量消耗，完成運動挑戰配上一罐冰凍的Red Bull補充能量便可以再起行！RED BULL SKIP TO FIT環遊香港大「跳」戰仍在進行，活動開展一個月，集參加者之力已成功跳了超過283,000下，等同圍繞香港283英里的海岸線一周。究竟大家最後可以跳過香港海岸線多少周呢? 7月6日活動截止日便會揭曉！參與活動的朋友更有機會贏得豐富禮物。如果想了解更多活動詳情及參與方法，立即登上活動網頁︰http://www.redbull.hk/skiptofit 查詢。 資料及相片來源 ： N Square / Red Bull HK

［2021年6月22日，香港］ 香港板球在本週末舉辦「U16 All Stars Series」及「女子頂級板球聯賽」T20賽事。 「U16 All Stars Series」由The Caravel Foundation 拓維集團贊助，目的是培育具潛質的年輕板球員。上週六由Hong Kong Islanders U16 和Kowloon Lions U16 上演揭幕戰， Kowloon Lions U16取得開門紅，其餘兩場賽事將於本週進行。 「女子頂級板球聯賽」T20由全港最頂尖的28名板球運動員對賽三場，希望球員以更緊湊和刺激的賽制下提高技術水平，並期望增加大眾對女子板球的關注。 上週日Bauhinia Stars力求反勝，可惜局勢一直處於下風，最終Jade Jets 取得二連勝。 香港女子板球隊於11月將出戰「世界盃外圍賽資格賽」，港隊將藉此機會以戰備戰，以及提升球員狀態，並嘗試不同的陣容和戰術。 香港女子板球隊現時世界排名居於第24名，加上港隊越來越多華人面孔出賽，希望藉此比賽能夠讓普羅大眾對板球加深了解。 資料來源 : 香港板球

Abed, storming to a dominant victory at the Puebla E-Prix. After finishing on the podium one day earlier, the Monegasque marque carried its form forward into the second leg of the double-header event in Mexico. In qualifying, Edoardo Mortara secured a season-best starting position of P3 while team-mate Norman Nato took P12, sitting in a prime position to challenge for points. When the race got underway, Edo secured a strong getaway and advanced to P2 by immediately overtaking Pascal Wehrlein while Norman lost ground after avoiding an accident in Turn 4, dropping to P16. Keeping a close measure on leader Oliver Rowland, Edo maintained P2 over the opening stages and took the lead when the Nissan e.dams driver activated Attack Mode with 38-minutes + 1 lap of racing remaining. Only minutes later, Edo too deployed his first use of the power boost device and re-joined the race in P3, only to regain the lead when Rowland and Wehrlein again armed Attack Mode. Facing a clear track ahead, Edo established a gap over the rest of the field – despite facing a power disadvantage – to perform a successful overcut strategy, activating Attack Mode without sacrificing track position. Carefully managing his energy usage, Edo remained in complete control out in front and fended off a late challenge for the lead from Porsche’s Wehrlein. Taking the chequered flag, Edo crossed the finishing line in P1, leading 27 of the race’s 32 laps en route to ROKiT Venturi Racing’s second victory in the FIA Formula E World Championship and third podium of Season 7. After dropping down to P16 on lap 1, Norman fought through the field to threaten for points in his recovery drive, however, an accident on lap 12 forced the Frenchman to retire. Notching 25 points and 40 points in two races, Edo now leads the Drivers’ Championship with a 10-point advantage while ROKiT Venturi Racing sits in P6 in the Teams’ Standings, holding 83 points. In the final 10 laps, Pascal [Wehrlein] kept me under immense pressure, especially because he had more usable energy. This meant that we had to find a way to save more energy without sacrificing speed. It was difficult to resist him but we didn’t make any mistakes and we were able to maximise our potential to come out on top. This is an incredibly proud moment for both myself and the team and standing on the top step. I was able to improve on my qualifying performance from Race 1 but by taking evasive action to avoid a crash on lap 1, I lost a lot of positions. From there, we faced a big challenge but we had good pace and we were able to fight through the field very quickly to challenge for points. When I was fighting for the top 10, I went to overtake [Sebastien] Buemi into Turn 11 but on the exit he closed the door and we made contact which broke something on the car. As the second purpose-built circuit on the Season 7 calendar, the 2.93-kilometre venue posed a fresh challenge, and promising pace over the course of practice preceded qualifying for the first-leg of the double-header. From Group 2, Edoardo Mortara progressed to the Super Pole shootout to take P6 on the grid while a mistake for team-mate Norman Nato left the Frenchman down in P19. When the eighth round of the season got underway, both Edo and Norman made immediate gains, advancing to P5 and P15 respectively before a safety car halted proceedings at the end of lap 1. Throughout the race, Attack Mode was the key strategy decider and a large time loss upon activation meant that the timing of its deployment was crucial to success. With 30-minutes + 1 lap remaining, Edo rolled the dice by activating the power boost device, dropping down to P8 before fighting forward to P4 with his eyes set on the podium As the race progressed, the Swiss-Italian racer was flirting with a place inside the top three and a second safety car with 17-minutes + 1 lap to go played into Edo’s advantage. Locked in a strategic fight with both BMW i Andretti Motorsport drivers, Edo moved up to P3 by clearing Jake Dennis before diving past Maximilian Guenther in Turn 1 for P2. After using energy aggressively over the first part of the race, Edo switched his focus to careful management in the closing stages, coming under pressure from Audi team-mates Lucas di Grassi and Rene Rast. With one-minute remaining, Edo was overtaken by the Brazilian-German pairing and took the chequered flag in P4. A technical infraction for provisional winner Pascal Wehrlein meant that the Porsche driver was disqualified, however, and this promoted Edo to P3 – the fourth podium of his Formula E career. Following on from his mistake in qualifying, Norman took P14 at the flag, 2.6-seconds shy of the top 10. My mistake in Turn 15 in qualifying was costly and it left me with an uphill battle for the race. I started from P17 and I think we had the pace to finish inside the top 10 so I’m disappointed to finish P14. After the pace that we showed in practice in the morning, we know that we have a good package and we’re fortunate that we get to race again tomorrow. I’ll be giving it my all.
