  • 中國香港男、女子龍隊揮軍獅城 準備迎戰新加坡中國香港女子龍隊首度出征海外;新加坡與中國香港女子發展隊首度交鋒

    【香港,2026年6月19日】: 中國香港欖球總會(欖總)男子及女子高級發展十五人欖球隊——中國香港龍隊(Hong Kong China Dragons)將於6月20日遠赴獅城,與新加坡精英十五人欖球發展隊展開較量。 女子組賽事將於星期六下午4時率先開賽,隨後男子組賽事將於下午6時15分接力上演。這不但是中國香港女子龍隊歷史上首個海外國際賽事,亦是欖總與新加坡欖球總會官方女子欖球發展計劃之間的首次歷史性對壘。 女子龍隊主教練由曾榮登中國香港欖總名人堂、前七人及十五人欖球隊隊長陳朗詩擔任。龍隊球員均來自本地聯賽,球隊自4月進行選拔後便展開新賽季,並自5月起投入集訓。由於球員需要兼顧全職工作或學業,兩隊球員在休賽期皆付出了極大努力,進行了密集的備戰。 中國香港欖球總會女子龍隊主教練陳朗詩在球員時代身為本港頂尖職業運動員之一,她對球員的表現感到非常滿意:「球員們展現了強大的心理素質,不僅全力配合我們系統化的體能與力量訓練計劃,更堅持每個星期日清晨進行集訓。她們在備戰期間的進取態度和效率讓人讚賞。」 在出發前往新加坡前,龍隊與中國香港U23女子隊進行了一場練習賽。兩隊將於7月4日在香港足球會再度交鋒,屆時,這場比賽將作為香港足球會女子欖球慶祝活動日的壓軸焦點賽事。陳朗詩深信球隊已準備就緒,能從今次首個海外賽事中汲取最大的經驗。 此次隨隊前往新加坡的教練團隊中還包括了五位新晉教練,其中包括前中國香港代表隊成員李嘉萱。陳朗詩補充道:「我們的首要目標,是為球員和管理團隊提供一次積極且具意義的體驗,讓她們切實感受代表隊的運作模式。這關乎學習如何在壓力下受訓、執教和執行戰術,並適應充滿挑戰的高性能運動環境。」 「由於大部分球員來自本地超級聯賽A組或社區球會,而我們的教練團隊亦是從本地球會的助理教練晉升而來,這次訓練賽為他們提供了一個安全但具挑戰性的環境,能夠加速他們的成長。」「教練團隊展現了巨大的潛力。 這次訓練賽不僅是球員的舞台,也是教練們的發展階梯。我們的目的是提供一個平台,讓他們將球會的作賽及執教經驗轉化到代表隊的環境中,學習如何在海外賽事中管理球隊,並培養領導能力,為香港欖球的長遠發展帶來貢獻。」 陳朗詩此前亦曾執教中國香港女子十五人欖球代表隊。雖然女子龍隊首度亮相國際賽,但男子龍隊將繼上季首度出訪後,第二度與新加坡十五人欖球發展隊交鋒。本港欖球名將在退役後積極轉身投入推動本地欖球發展,另一位中國香港欖總名人堂成員、代表中國香港出賽次數最多的前七人欖球名將姚錦成,正領軍男子龍隊發展計劃。 姚錦成信心十足,認為球隊在一年的沉澱與準備後實力更勝從前:「去年我們派往新加坡的陣容由年輕球員及幾名資深球員組成。雖然當時的成績未如理想,但那次經驗對球員的成長十分重要。」姚錦成教練續說:「我們保留了去年的幾位核心成員,同時加入了新面孔。整體而言,我們在經驗、戰術及體能上都有所提升。 球員對我們的戰術部署亦有更深理解,因此我們深信球隊實力較去年更強。「面對新加坡,我們期待球隊能展現出更成熟的表現,在戰術執行力和紀律上都有所進步,並以爭取更好成績為目標。球員的態度非常積極,團隊士氣高昂,我們對目前的備戰進度感到滿意。最重要的一點,是讓球員累積寶貴的國際賽事經驗。」 男子龍隊今次將缺少去年表現亮眼的超新星兼年輕傳接鋒徐葦立。他憑藉在龍隊的優秀表現脫穎而出,成功躍升為約30多名獲得職業合約、入選香港世界盃集訓隊的球員之一。這條晉升軌跡無疑為其他球員樹立了奮鬥目標。這樣的成果正正凸顯了龍隊這類發展計劃的重要性。 計劃旨在從較低組別聯賽中發掘年輕、且以本地為主的球員,加速他們的成長,推動他們提升水平,並期望他們最終能達到中國香港欖球代表隊的水平。 雖然徐葦立目前正跟隨世界盃集訓隊出征,展開為期一個月、前往新西蘭及赴南美洲出戰世界欖球國家盃,但龍隊陣中仍不乏焦點球員,例如在今年5月及6月的亞洲欖球錦標賽中首度代表中國香港上陣的伍兆隆。他在5月對陣斯里蘭卡的首秀中,於最後一秒達陣,奠定勝局。 姚錦成教練續指:「這班球員極具潛力,當中有幾位出色的領袖,包括與亞洲欖球錦標賽陣容中訓練的伍兆隆和任家俊。他們年輕、充滿活力且樂於學習。如果他們能保持專注並持續進步,我相信他們未來能為中國香港隊取得更大的成就。這次賽事是他們成長的絕佳機會。」 男、女子組的賽事將於新加坡欖球總會的YoYouTube頻道進行直播:https:////w/www.y.youtube.com/c/channel/UCmH4fszMjpJfSrhzHiPAPA1vw 。 中國香港女子龍隊 VS 新加坡欖球女子發展選拔隊隊員名單: 1. 鄭樂童 2. 張皓恩 3. 馮采怡 4. 洪籽晴 5. 崔詠茹 Natalie IRELAND 6. 梁凱誼 7. 7. 梁芷軒8. 司徒卓敏 9. 謝芷恩 10. 王思敏 11. 歐陽廲敏 12. 貝爾 Riva BRILL 13. 陳以靜 14. 張易詩15. 蔡藝琳 16.     由中國香港羽毛球總會主辦,康樂及文化事務署、政府資助計劃資助的「2026年全港學界羽毛球團體錦標賽決賽」,於今日(6月19日)端午節佳節在馬鞍山體育館圓滿舉行。本賽事自2011年舉辦以來,至今已邁入第十六個年頭,是本港唯一跨地域、跨組別的羽毛球學界團體賽,涵蓋大專院校及港九新界中小學校。本年度參賽隊伍多達328隊,共吸引超過3,330名學生參加,創歷年新高。 今年大専混合組決賽重演2017年決賽戲碼,由香港中文大學(A) 與香港城市大學(A) 爭奪冠軍寶座。賽事以抽籤決定出場次序,城大憑梁珈穎及麥栢毅在女單及男單項目先拔頭籌,隨後中大由陳穎霖/陸思穎在女雙項目追回一場。第4場,劉善熹/陳卓洛在男雙助城大以總場數3-1奠定勝局,這亦是香港城市大學(A)自2019年以來再次奪得大専混合組冠軍。 中學組別決賽同樣鬥得激烈,公開男子組拔萃男書院以3-0擊敗首度躋身決賽的皇仁書院,重拾冠軍寶座,近5屆賽事4度封王。公開女子組則由拔萃女書院以3-1力挫協恩中學,首度榮登冠軍寶座。至於初級男子組,拔萃男書院與喇沙書院連續三屆於決賽交鋒,最終拔萃男書院以3-1技勝一籌,實現5連霸偉業。初級女子組上演2024年決賽翻版,香港浸會大學附屬學校王錦輝中小學以3-0擊敗德望學校,成功衛冕冠軍。 小學組賽事亦展現出新生代運動員的拼勁與活力。小學男子組,首次躋身決賽的福建中學附屬學校在先落後兩場的情況下,以總場數3-2反勝衛冕冠軍元朗公立中學校友會小學,首度奪得學界羽毛球團體錦標賽冠軍。小學女子組馬頭涌官立小學 (紅磡灣)側以 3-1擊敗聖保祿學校 (小學部),繼2017年後再次封后。 是日中學組及大專混合組決賽,羽總首次在官方頻道同時進行兩個場區的比賽直播,全日合共有超過14000人收看。 2026年全港學界羽毛球團體錦標賽決賽重溫(部份賽事): 中學公開男子組 / 中學公開女子組 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DovRTGha_Os 中學初級女子組 / 中學初級男子組 / 大專混合組 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B718lgIb90Y 資料及相片來源 :中國香港羽毛球總會

  • FIBA U18 Women's Asia Cup 2026. Divisions A&B schedules confirmed

    June 19, 2026 Division B BEIRUT (Lebanon) - The FIBA Regional Office-Asia on Friday, June 19, has confirmed the schedule of games of the FIBA U18 Women's Asia Cup 2026-Division B to be held in Bangkok, Thailand in July. The Group Phase will be held from July 13-15, featuring 4 games each day. The top 2 teams will earn automatic berths to the Semi-Finals, with their respective opponents to be determined through the Qualification to Semi-Finals, made up of teams finishing 2nd and 3rd in their groups. The Qualification to Semi-Finals will be held on July 17. The said game-day will be opened by the Classification Round 7-8 game, which will pit the 4th-placed teams from the 2 groups versus one another. The knockout Semi-Finals, on the other hand, will be played the following day, shortly after the Classification Round 5-6 match between the losing sides from the Qualification to Semi-Finals. Winners of the penultimate phase will then converge in the Final set on June 19, where the victorious side will earn the coveted promotion and compete in Division A of the next FIBA U18 Women's Asia Cup. Preceding the Final would be the Third-Place Game, where the losing teams from the Semi-Finals will have one last chance to salvage a podium finish and take home a bronze medal. The Philippines conquered the previous Division B competitions in China back in 2024 following a mighty 4-game sweep, and are bound to make their Division A debut in this year's edition set in October. Division A BEIRUT (Lebanon) - The FIBA Regional Office-Asia on Wednesday, June 19, has confirmed the schedule of games of the FIBA U18 Women's Asia Cup 2026-Division A to be held in Seremban, Malaysia in October. The Group Phase will run from October 4 to 6, with 4 games to be played each day as Groups A and B will play in a single round-robin format. The top 2 teams from each group will head straight to the Semi-Finals, with their opponents to be determined through the Qualification to Semi-Finals, made up of teams finishing 2nd and 3rd in their groups. The Qualification to Semi-Finals is set on October 8, the same day where the Classification 7-8 game, which pits the 4th-placed teams from the 2 groups versus one another, will be played to begin the Final Phase. The knockout Semi-Finals, on the other hand, will be played the following day, right after the Classification 5-6 match, which will feature the losing sides from the Qualification to Semi-Finals. Winners will then duke it out for the championship in the Final on October 10, to be preceded by the Third-Place Game where the losing sides from the Semi-Finals will look to salvage a podium finish. Australia are coming in as the defending 2-time FIBA U18 Women's Asia Cup champions after a successful title defense in the 2024 competitions in Shenzhen, China by beating the host nation, 96-79.     JUNE 19, 2026 MIES (Switzerland) - The path to win the FIBA Women's Olympic Pre-qualifying Tournament 2026 Guadalajara has been determined as the groups were confirmed in Friday's draw. The 8 teams were divided into two groups of four teams each. The results of the draw are as follows: Group A: Brazil, Argentina, New Zealand, South Sudan Group B: Canada, Mexico, Philippines, Senegal Each team will play against the other opponents in their group in a single round-robin format, meaning at least three games for every national team heading to Guadalajara. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Semi-Finals, with the winner of the Final taking the ticket to the FIBA Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournaments 2028.     JUNE 18, 2026 WARSAW (Poland) – The landmark 10th edition of the FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2026 delivered record crowds, global visibility and unforgettable moments as Warsaw welcomed more than 100,000 visitors to the 3x3 Village throughout the week, creating a vibrant festival atmosphere in the heart of Warsaw. Held at Plac Defilad in the shadow of the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, the event brought together 40 teams from 26 countries while showcasing the continued growth and momentum of 3x3 basketball. Fans turn out in force All seven evening sessions sold out driving A total of 27,500 spectators attending games inside ‘Arena 3x3’ across the week. Day 4 proved especially memorable, setting a new attendance benchmark for a FIBA 3x3 event as approximately 25,000 people visited the fan village over the course of the day. Interest extended well beyond Poland, with fans from more than 32 countries purchasing tickets for the event. Bringing the community together The FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2026 was more than a sporting event. It was a celebration of basketball culture and community engagement. Throughout the week, the tournament staged a wide range of side tournaments and activations, including a fan festival, youth competitions, university tournaments, district championships, amateur events and commercial competitions. Beyond the elite competition, approximately 1,500 participants took part in side tournaments and community activations, including youth, university, amateur and district competitions. Around 400 children participated in the Warsaw district tournament alone, contributing to the event's lasting impact and legacy. Global reach across platforms The event welcomed 110 accredited journalists from around the world. Fans across the globe followed the action through 55 hours of television coverage and an extensive network of broadcast partners covering more than 30 territories with prominent worldwide broadcasters and partners. Initial digital figures indicate that content from the tournament generated more than 150 million views across FIBA 3x3's social media platforms, further underlining the popularity of the discipline on digital and social platforms. Amplifying the celebration The event welcomed a diverse group of international and local influencers who helped showcase the excitement of 3x3 basketball to new audiences. International creators including Andrew Wave, Atiga, Ruben Reynes, Lukas Simoner, Rookicks and SBB joined the festivities, while leading Polish influencers and personalities also engaged with fans throughout the week.   • New and returning 3x3 basketball events signal stronger partnership between FIBA and Singapore

    JUNE 16, 2026 SINGAPORE - Sport Singapore (SportSG) and FIBA have further solidified their partnership to host several international FIBA 3x3 basketball events from 2026 to 2031. Starting with the Lion City Challenger in June 2026, fans can look forward to two FIBA 3x3 Challenger events and one FIBA 3x3 Women’s Series event each year till 2031. This reflects a shared commitment to further grow the sport in Singapore and cement Singapore’s position as a premier destination for world-class sporting events. Having hosted the FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup from 2022 to 2026, and the FIBA Intercontinental Cup from 2023 to 2025, Singapore has built a strong foundation for this expanded partnership. These events also present invaluable opportunities for Singapore's national players to compete regularly against top-ranked international athletes on home ground. Singapore officially received the hosting rights of the prestigious event following the successful conclusion of the 3x3 World Cup 2026 in Poland where Latvia and United States were crowned the Men’s and Women’s champions.   • Mexico to host FIBA Women's Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournament 2026

    JUNE 16, 2026 MIES (Switzerland) - The FIBA Women's Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournament 2026 will be held in Guadalajara, Mexico, as eight nations take a first step on the road to Los Angeles 2028. The competition will take place from August 17-23, and the winner will qualify for the FIBA Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournaments set for February 2028. Featuring teams who didn't make it to the upcoming FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 in Berlin, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, New Zealand, the Philippines, Senegal and South Sudan all now have an exciting opportunity to bounce back quickly and fuel their Olympic dreams. Mexico, as the best-non qualified team in the FIBA World Ranking for Women from the same continent will replace Colombia, who are unable to participate. The competition will take place in Arena Astros, where several Basketball Champions League Americas games involving Astros Jalisco were successfully held earlier this year. Draw and competition format The draw for the FIBA Women's Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournament will be held at the Patrick Baumann House of Basketball in Mies on Friday, June 20 at 16.00 (CET) and streamed live on the FIBA YouTube channel. The eight FIBA Women's Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournament nations will be drawn into two groups of four. Each team will play against the other opponents in their group in a single round-robin format, meaning at least three games for every country heading to Guadalajara. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Semi-Finals, with the winner of the subsequent Final taking the ticket to the FIBA Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournaments 2028. For those nations that do not qualify in Guadalajara, they will all remain on the Road to LA 2028. They can still all progress to the FIBA Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournaments via next year's respective Women's Continental Cups 2027.   • Amsterdam Rabobank win FIBA 3x3 World Tour Vienna

    JUNE 14, 2026 VIENNA (Austria) - Amsterdam Rabobank (NED) won their first FIBA 3x3 World Tour of the season in Vienna after an outstanding performance on June 13-14. The Dutch navigated a difficult knockout bracket and rose to the occasion in the Final to prevail at the fifth FIBA 3x3 World Tour stop of the 2026 season, beating Liman 18-13. Fans packed one of the most iconic venues on the global 3x3 calendar and witnessed another memorable chapter in Vienna's rich 3x3 basketball history. The World Tour Final 2024 winners, Amsterdam Rabobank, faced Utsunomiya Opener 2026 winners Liman in the Final. Led by Bryan Alberts with 8 points, there was no stopping the Dutch. Worthy de Jong contributed 4 points and showcased outstanding defense throughout the game. For Liman, Mihailo Vasic led the scoring with 5 points, but Amsterdam Rabobank secured an 18-13 victory. After five World Tour stops, Amsterdam Rabobank became the fifth team to win a World Tour event this season, highlighting just how competitive the 2026 World Tour campaign has been. MVP Worthy de Jong (Amsterdam Rabobank) was named Most Valuable Player of the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Vienna 2026. The Dutch star played a crucial role throughout the tournament and delivered several standout performances during the knockout rounds. In the Final, he scored 5 points and once again proved why he is one of the game's biggest stars, finishing the event with 33 points overall. Individual Contests In the individual contests, Stefan Milivojevic (Liman, SRB) won the Shoot-Out Contest presented by Alfa Romeo, while Jeremiah Walker took home the Red Bull Dunk Contest.
